PROBLEM HERE WAS LOW SUCTION PRESSURE CAUSING THE COIL TO FREEZE UP, FOUND THE BLOWER MOTOR NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY RUNNING BACKWARDS AND ALSO NOT ALIGNED AT ALL, THE VFD WAS BYPASSED AND THE MOTOR IS HARWIRED TO POWER SO WHEN POWER IS APPLIED TO THE RTU THE MOTOR RUNS NON STOP. WE ADJUTED THE MOTOR AND ALIGNED THE PULLEYS, CHANGED THE BELT AND ADJUSTED THE ROTATION. WE PROCEEDED TO CHECK THE FREON CHARGE AND THE SUCTION PRESSURE WAS STILL LOWER THAN NORMAL AT 90 PSI, HIGHSIDE WAS OK, NORMAL SUBCOOLING AT 11 DEGREES, FOUND THE SUCTION LINE DRYER CLOOGED WITH A TEMPERATURE DIFFERENCE OF 10 DEGFREES CAUSING LOW SUCTION PRESSURE. WE ALREADY ADJUSTED THE MOTOR, CHANGED ROTATION AND ALIGNED THE MOTOR. WE NEED TO RECOVER FREON, CHANGED LIQUID LINE DRYER AND ADD FREON IF NEEDED. THE VFD NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND THE MOTOR NEEDS TO BE WIRE TO VFD SO THAT VFD CONTROLS AND PROTECTS THE MOTOR.
