THE WATER FEEDER WAS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY (SIDEWAYS) CAUSING TO NOT READ PRESSURE CORRECTLY AND OVERFILL THE BOILER WITH WATER CAUSING THE PRESSURE IN THE BOILER TO RISE AND TRIGGER THE RELIEF VALVE. REPLACE VALVE AND REINSTALL THE RIGHT CORRECTLY.
